Steve is a Consultant with Compensation Connections. He is experienced in survey design, pay equity analysis, market studies, data storytelling, communications, training and development.
After 14 years teaching middle school math and social studies, Steve brought his love of Excel to a second career in compensation. Steve is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and has earned his SHRM-SCP certification.
Steve spends a lot of time traveling! Live music and excellent food bring him joy. He loves learning and helping others.
