Prior to joining Compensation Connections, Kim was the owner of Anchor Healthcare Staffing, an employment agency dedicated to serving the medical community of the Pacific Northwest. Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, meeting people with unique perspectives, and dancing in the kitchen to loud music.
